Keith Simerson, Ed.D.
Simerson was born
in Salisbury, North Carolina. His career has spanned both the public-
and private-sectors.
A Partner with Tradewinds
Consulting, LLC, Simerson helps clients succeed in the areas of strategy
execution, leadership development, and change management. He has broad-based
leadership and management experience in several industries and professions,
including health care, law enforcement, petro-chemical, and management
consulting.
Simerson has also
consulted, trained, and coached leaders in various professional services
firms, corporations, government agencies, and academic institutions. He
possesses a Doctorate from the University of North Carolina, where he
concentrated on management and organization development.

Leadership.”
Michael
D. McCormick, JD
McCormick was born
in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Northwestern University and received
a BA degree in History in 1975. McCormick attended Law School at Loyola
University Chicago and received his law degree in 1978. He received a
trial advocacy teacher certification from the National Institute for Trial
Advocacy in 1992.
A Partner with Coman
& Anderson, P.C., McCormick’s law practice specializes in all
areas of commercial litigation as well as employment law matters. He is
Legislative and Judicial Director of the Human Resource Association of
Greater Oak Brook, Illinois, an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource
Management.
